True Food Kitchen Will Finally Open At Easton In Late September

It’s not too good to be true! True Food Kitchen will officially open at Easton on September 22.

The highly anticipated restaurant was scheduled to open in April, but due to COVID-19, we’ve all been patiently waiting. Now that the wait is over, we can finally dig into the fresh flavors that True Food Kitchen is offering up.

True Food Kitchen was co-founded by Dr. Andrew Weil and is rooted in a philosophy that “delicious dining and conscious nutrition can go hand in hand without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence.” The restaurant will open with its fall menu, including seasonal favorites like Butternut Squash Pizza, Charred Cauliflower, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and more.

“We’re excited to share our passion for feel-good food and whole-hearted hospitality to the Columbus community,” said Shannon Keller, Chief Marketing Officer of True Food Kitchen. “As we open our doors at Easton, we want our guests to know that our dedication to healthy living extends beyond our food. We’ve enhanced our safety standards and social distancing guidelines to create a safe and comfortable dining experience.”

For guests who feel more comfortable dining at home, family-style meals will be available to go for groups of two, four, or six and will include a choice of entrees, starters, and sides.

If you’d like to have the full dine-in experience, True Food Kitchen has implemented some worry-easing COVID-19 precautions. In addition to adding extra space between tables indoors, there’s also outdoor seating options. Stringent sanitation protocols will be in place and staff will wear masks and undergo daily wellness checks. When ordering, guests can minimize contact by viewing the menu, ordering, and paying all through their mobile devices.

True Food Kitchen will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
