One of the most hyped, seasonally-inspired restaurants is coming to Columbus.
True Food Kitchen will open their doors at Easton in 2020 as part of the mall’s massive expansion.
True Food has 26 locations around the U.S., but this will be the first restaurant in Ohio.
“We’re attracted to Easton Town Center for many reasons not the least of which is its innovative mix of retail, residence, and dining,” said Shannon Keller, chief marketing officer of True Food Kitchen. “As a brand that’s as passionate about our food as we are the local community, we look forward to introducing Columbus residents and visitors to a better way of eating and making them feel at home in our restaurant.”
True Food Kitchen was co-founded by Dr. Andrew Weil and is rooted in a philosophy that “delicious dining and conscious nutrition can go hand in hand without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence.”
True Food will inhabit 6,000 square feet at Easton, including an indoor and outdoor dining space, a bar, and decor inspired by the local community.
“We’re very pleased to offer the first True Food Kitchen in the state of Ohio,” said Jennifer Peterson, Chief Executive of Easton. “It is an extraordinarily popular destination restaurant serving Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Vegan dishes for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch along with a full array of spirits, including beer, wine and seasonal cocktails. There is tremendous demand for this category of dining among our customers so we fully expect them to develop a strong following from the minute their doors open at Easton.”
