German Village Coffee Shop is my go-to breakfast spot. It’s not fancy. It’s a diner and you’ll be enjoying coffee instead of mimosas, but the food is delicious. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take suggestions from the awesome staff or take on the daily special. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with bacon and eggs!

The Mercury Diner is a casual yet cool, space-themed spot to visit for brunch with the crew. Offering everything from boozy milkshakes to traditional breakfast, Mercury is a convenient spot to visit with plenty of parking, located on the edge of German Village.

Katalina’s
If the weather is nice, the patio at Katalina’s provides the perfect setting for brunch. Their breakfast tacos are award-winning, but we all know we’re going for the pancake balls. Be sure to get there early because finding a seat can be a bit of a battle. But that just goes to show you how yummy the food is.

Jack & Benny’s is a classic diner. They dapple in all the classics. I think Jack & Benny’s is the perfect place to go if you and your pals are searching for a big ol’ stack of pancakes, a coffee, and a chill atmosphere.

Specializing in coffee drinks, pastries, and egg sandwiches, Fox in the Snow is a charming little cafe with locations in both Italian and German Village. Chic and trendy, the cafe is an adorable place to sit down and grab a quick bite to eat.

Lindey’s
Feelin’ fancy? Take your friends to Lindey’s for a meal and service that will leave a lasting impression. It’s a high-class, high-quality dining experience, and although it may be a little pricey, you should Treat Yo’ Self. You’re worth it.

Want to fully embrace beach vibes without actually leaving Columbus? Brunch at Brekkie Shack oughta do the trick. The breakfast menu is available all day long, which is great because they have the best french toast I’ve ever had.

The Woodbury has been one of my favorite additions to this city for a long time. It’s got a great, downtown diner vibe, plus the service is always fantastic. They’ve got tons of twists on classic diner items. I could talk about The Woodbury all day long, or you could read my review instead.

Cap City Fine Diner
Cap City is a nice place to eat without being overly fancy. The food is incredible and the brunch is no exception. Make sure to call ahead and get reservations because it can get pretty packed for Sunday brunch.
