This Storage Container Tiny Home Is Bringing Modern Design To Amish Country

The perfect slice of paradise is waiting for you in the peaceful woods of Holmes County.

This modern tiny home is called Ela, and it’s one of two small shipping containers set in a clearing in the forest. The property maximizes outdoor living and even the indoor spaces feel connected to nature.

Ela only sleeps two people, so it’s really a place to relax and unwind on a romantic getaway. The outdoor living space at Ela features lounging seats, chairs, a natural gas fire pit, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor soaking tub.
