The episode, entitled “Family Seeks Perfect Party Home” will air tonight at 10 p.m. on HGTV. The description for the episode reads,

“A relocated family is buying a home in Columbus, Ohio. But while Dad has his heart set on a midcentury modern, Mom’s main priorities are open space for big parties and huge closets for her massive wardrobe.

The couple relocated from Boston, and with the help of Upper Arlington real-estate agents Terri Webb and Annie Means, they were able to find their perfect, million dollar home.

The realtors were actually the wants who wanted to go on House Hunters, according to a report by The Dispatch.

When you’re watching the show, it seems like the couples tour three different homes and out of those options, they choose the home they like the best. But in reality, homebuyers on the show are already in-contract on a home and the other two options are just for the cameras.

“Once we were in contract, we could film,” realtor Terri Webb told The Dispatch. “We filmed for about a week, Monday through Thursday. The amount of takes we had to do, that was mind-boggling. … It was a fun, long, exhaustive process.”

The episode airs tonight at 10 p.m., and then again at 1 a.m. on HGTV.
