Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching. If you’re not into cooking for days, don’t worry, you aren’t alone.
Sometimes you can be the most thankful when you aren’t stuck doing 3 hours’ worth of dishes. There are great options in Columbus to dine out, and even some that you can take the food home to your own table.
So don’t stress! Here are some fantastic Columbus restaurants that are open on Thanksgiving Day.
J Gilbert’s
Head to J Gilbert’s on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for a traditional Thanksgiving feast, featuring favorites like roasted turkey and pumpkin pie. The cost of the prix-fixe menu is $46 for adults and $22 for kids under 12. You can also purchase from the regular menu.
The Guild House
The Guild House is bringing together my two favorite things: amazing food and great wine. This year’s Thanksgiving menu includes garlic-whipped potatoes, herbed stuffing, winter succotash, dessert, and more. The cost is $55 for the Thanksgiving dinner and $89 for the dinner and the wine pairing.
Lindey’s
Are you craving turkey but your husband would rather have scallops and your dad will definitely want filet mignon? You should make your life a lot easier and go to Lindey’s in German Village. They are serving a special Thanksgiving menu, with enough choices for even the pickiest members of your family. Prices vary. Lindey’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tucci’s
Open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tucci’s in Dublin is offering a 3-course menu for adults, as well as a kids menu. Prices vary depending on which options you choose and entree choices include turkey dinner, filet mignon, prime rib, and seared verlasso salmon. You can view the Thanksgiving menu here.
Cooper’s Hawk
Thanksgiving is always better with wine, and Cooper’s Hawk knows wine. The Thanksgiving meal will cost you $34.99 for adults and $14.99 for kids 12 & under. The menu includes slow-roasted turkey, traditional stuffing, roasted green beans and carrots, pumpkin praline cheesecake, and more.
Mitchell’s Fish Market
Mitchell’s Fish Market will be offering a three-course, prix-fixe Turkey Dinner for $49. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad, roasted turkey, stuffing, whipped or mashed potatoes, a choice of pie, and more. There’s also a two-course dinner for kids 12 & under for $21.
