A new 30-story building may soon be joining the Columbus skyline.
The new project, proposed by developer Michael Schiff would be located on N. High Street between Spring St. and Long St.
The $100 million+ project has been called Harmony Tower by Schiff, president of Schiff Capital Group. The development will include a five-story office, retail, and parking structure that will connect the Harmony Tower with the Atlas Building, a project previously developed by Schiff.
The connector building will include 10,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of offices, and a will feature a rooftop pool area.

The main tower will be a hotel on the lower 15 floors and condominiums on the top 15 floors. There isn’t a set number of condos yet and the size of the properties will depend on what buyers are looking for. Amenities for potential residents include the pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a coffee and juice bar, and possibly a rooftop restaurant.

On the exterior of the tower, there will be a 25-story billboard. The billboard will be made of electronic mesh that will allow residents and hotel guests to see out of the windows. Thre are three architectural firms working on a design for the project, including NBBJ, Columbus Architectural Studio, and Meyers + Associates.

The timeline for the project is relaxed. Schiff is hoping to break ground in 10-12 months and the project is expected to take at least two years to complete. You can view more projects by Schiff Capital Group on their website here.
