Columbus, Meet Your New Side Piece (It’s Pizza)

Update, October 2026: Side Piece Pies has closed. Uncle Frico’s, from the Sexton’s Pizza team, now sells pizza next door to Victory Lap at 200 W. Lane Ave.

Side Piece Pies opened in the University District in October 2025 as a slice shop from LV Collective, the team behind Victory Lap. It sat right next to Victory Lap, with a window that passed slices straight into the bar.
