The 46th Annual Short North Tour Of Homes & Gardens Is Back This September

The 46th Annual Short North Tour of Homes & Gardens will return this September.

This year’s event will feature some beautiful, creative outdoor spaces, as well as a rooftop preview party. The tour will focus on outdoor living trends, leaving the home interiors for next year.

There will be edible gardens, stunning terraces, entertainer’s yards, high tech yards, and even gardens of grand, historic homes around Goodale Park. You can check out all of the garden locations on the tour right here.

With its scenic pond, iconic elephant fountain, gazebo and historic caretaker’s cottage, Goodale Park will serve as the perfect centerpiece of the tour. Tour attendees will receive free water at the park’s caretaker cottage as they make their way through the neighborhood on the self-guided walking tour.

The tour itself will take place on Sunday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets will be available for $20 in advance and $25 for day of tickets. But if you’re as excited as I am for this year’s event, you’re probably interested in the rooftop preview party as well.

On September 18, an exclusive preview of the garden tour will be available for preview tour ticket holders. After the tour, they’ll be a party with hor d’oeuvres & an open bar on a secret, yet-to-be-announced rooftop. Preview Party tickets are $100 each.
