The most expensive home sold in Franklin County in October 2026 was 2088 London-Groveport Rd in Grove City, which sold for $2,626,800 on October 16th, and the sale was as much a land deal as a house sale: the price bought about 34 acres in three parcels, about 9 of them a farm parcel, and the buyer, Epcon Harris LLC, now owns 85 parcels nearby. Three of the other four houses in the top five last sold between 2017 and 2020 for $1,075,000 to $1,295,000, and they went in October for $2.15 million to $2.4 million. Three of the five biggest sales were in New Albany, with the other two in Grove City and Upper Arlington. Nothing reached $3 million this time, after a $4 million house led the most expensive homes sold in September.
The Franklin County Auditor’s weekly sales reports show roughly 1,450 homes changing hands in the county from October 1st through October 29th, with a median sale price of about $303,000.
