This Market On The West Side Is Actually A No-Cost Grocery Store

This trendy little market is so much more than meets the eye.

The Mid-Ohio Market at Norton Road is a no-cost grocery store, serving customers who are in need of fresh produce, nutritious food, and personal care products.

The market doesn’t require any special sign-ups or appointments to shop, but first-time customers will have to check in upon entry, providing a valid photo ID and proof of address, like a recent utility bill.

Customers are able to shop at the Mid-Ohio Market once per week. Upon return visits, customers will only need to bring their photo ID. The market recommends that visitors come to the market before heading to the grocery store, in order to shorten shopping lists elsewhere.
