A Hawaiian-Themed Poké Restaurant Is Opening At Easton Next Week

LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill will bring a taste of Hawaii to Easton.

The new restaurant will open at 11 a.m. on February 23, serving up its sustainably sourced poke and authentic hibachi-style grilled meats, seafood, and veggies. Offering both dine-in and carry-out services, LemonShark Poké and Makai Grill will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to introduce our passion to the Greater Columbus area and to join the Easton family” said Sherry Whay, co-owner. “As a local female business owner and OSU Alumna, this community has provided me so many opportunities. It’s our goal, by means of this restaurant, to give back in a variety of ways.”

Poké is a staple of native Hawaiian cuisine. The dish consists of marinated seafood, usually served over sticky rice with vegetables and sauces. In addition to the yummy food, the restaurant will also be serving up craft cocktails from the full bar.

“Easton welcomes LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill to our newest district,” said Jennifer Peterson, Chief Executive, Easton. “As we brave the cold temperatures and snow falling in central Ohio, LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill is bringing the colorful, fresh atmosphere of the islands to Easton. Whether a guest chooses an Ahi tuna bowl or cooks up their selection on their table-side grill, LemonShark is definitely a one of kind experience at Easton Town Center.”
