The food hall craze has reached New Albany.
Bubbly Hall is a new project underway at 6031 Central College Road. The food hall will open later this year with 15,000 square feet of retail, food, and event space. The space will consist of stalls, kiosks, and storefronts. There will be a modern event venue and plenty of outdoor space at the hall as well.
“People enjoy the opportunity to personally experience products in a relaxed and casual manner. This type of engagement stimulates the senses that drive deeper connections and lasting impressions,” says Bubbly Hall creator Dr. Ethan Shajie of the Granaz Group. “That is why we encourage businesses to use our platform to extend their reach in a non-traditional and innovative way.”
The eats at Bubbly Hall will be chef-driven and fast casual. The vendor list was just announced on social media and includes Fay’s Crepes, Levant Elevated Mediterranean Eatery, Rocoto, Tortilla Street Food, Beyond the Brix, Willowbeez Soulveg, Afra Grill, and Solo Merengues Bakery.
Bubbly Hall is expected to open this fall. For more info about Bubbly Hall, or to follow along with the progress, you can visit their website here.
