These New White Castle Vending Machines Will Serve Sliders Anytime

Late-night cravings might be getting a whole lot easier to satisfy.

White Castle just announced a new partnership that will bring its iconic Sliders to automated kiosks, meaning you could soon grab a hot burger from a vending machine.

The company is teaming up with Automated Retail Technologies to roll out what they’re calling “Crave & Go” kiosks, a new kind of self-serve station that prepares White Castle orders on demand. No drive-thru, no counter, no line.

The goal is to install the machines in places where a traditional restaurant might not exist, like college campuses, hospitals, office buildings, and transportation hubs. The initial rollout includes plans for 1,000 locations nationwide, with more expected to follow.

“This partnership provides a fun new way for consumers to experience White Castle,” said Jamie Richardson, the company’s chief marketing officer. “Automated retail allows us to meet consumers when cravings strike…while delivering the hot and tasty quality that has defined our brand for more than 100 years.”

The kiosks are powered by ART’s Just Baked platform, which is already used in high-traffic spaces across the country to serve hot, ready-to-eat food without on-site staff. Now, instead of just snacks or pizza, customers will be able to order a lineup of White Castle favorites.

Early versions of the Crave & Go kiosks are already out in the wild, and according to the company, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Expansion is expected to ramp up throughout 2026 as more machines come online.

For Columbus-based White Castle, which first opened its doors back in 1921, the move is the latest evolution of a brand that’s long been ahead of the curve, from pioneering fast food to becoming a staple in grocery store freezer aisles.

And soon, apparently, your next Slider fix might come from a machine.
