CONCERT: Columbus Symphony presents The Planets

  • Where: Scioto Audubon Metro Park

The 2023–24 Masterworks series opens with Holst’s celestial masterpiece The Planets, featuring stunning HD imagery and the female voices of the Columbus Symphony Chorus. This monumental work takes the listener on a musical journey across the solar system, dedicating a movement to each planet.

SPORTS: Columbus Clippers vs. Omaha

The Clippers are home! That means it’s time to head down to Huntington Park and ring those bells. This week, they’ll be taking on Omaha.

FESTIVAL: Ohio Renaissance Festival

It’s not every day that you get to catch actual legends, so head down to KEMBA Live for the chance to see Flogging Molly in person. The doors will open at 7 p.m. and opening acts include The Bronx and Vandoliers.

  • Where: Sharon Woods Metro Park

Head out to Sharon Woods Metro Park for an information session and hike where you’ll learn all about Ohio’s native fruit. Samples of pawpaw foods will be provided afterward.

SPORTS: Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Pitsburgh Penguins
