Next month, a park in Lancaster will be transformed into a medieval festival.
Days of Knights is a living history festival. Throughout the weekend, there will be historically accurate re-enactments of knights, Vikings, crusaders, and more from the Middle Ages. Attendees at the festival will have the opportunity to check out armor, archery, medieval pottery making, furniture & clothing, medieval foods, and more.
The festival is laid out as an encampment, with history enthusiasts re-creating the Norman invaders of Britain in 1066, crusaders from the 1200s, archers and knights from the 100 Years War, and more.

Days of Knights is open to the public and focuses on historical accuracy. It’s not a renaissance fair with fictional characters, wizards, or pirates. The festival will be held on October 9-10 at Charles Alley Nature Park (2805 Old Logan Rd SE, Lancaster, OH 43130.)
