Detroit’s Hottest Thai Spot Is Popping Up in Columbus—For Two Nights Only

If you love modern Thai food and killer cocktails, get ready because TAKOI, the Detroit-based eatery, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special twist—partnering with some of our favorite Columbus spots. Cobra and Watershed Distillery will host TAKOI for two nights of mouthwatering fun.

So, what’s the deal?

On Tuesday, October 8th, TAKOI will link up with Cobra Bar from 6-10 PM for a night of noodles, sandwiches, and snacks. You can expect a menu bursting with the creative energy of Cobra’s Asian-American roots and TAKOI’s bold Thai flavors.

Plus, the drink menu? A total collaborative effort between Cobra’s team and TAKOI’s beverage director Drew Pompa—think signature cocktails with serious flair. Bonus: no reservations needed!

Then, on Wednesday, October 9th, they’re keeping the party going with Watershed Distillery from 5-9 PM. Chef Matt Howes from Watershed and TAKOI’s Chef Brad Greenhill are whipping up an a la carte menu featuring TAKOI’s greatest hits.

You’ll get approachable, flavorful dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails, expertly mixed with Watershed’s finest spirits.

If you’re wondering why TAKOI is headed to Columbus, it’s all part of their 10-Year Anniversary Tour. After starting from a humble food truck in 2014, TAKOI has grown into a culinary force with pop-ups and collabs across the Midwest, celebrating creativity, community, and a whole lot of deliciousness.

Where can you join the fun?
