It’s baaaaaacccckkkkkk. Okay, I admit, that’s a pretty dramatic way of saying that M at Miranova has official reopened.
The Four Diamond restaurant was closed for a few weeks to undergo a little facelift, to both the decor and the menu! They’re celebrating the 18th anniversary of M in a big way, and who can blame them! I think we all would have loved a makeover at 18.
“When M first opened, it was truly cutting edge and unlike anything Columbus had seen and today is no different. Our relaunch of M will be with the same vision – our commitment to excellence is unwavering,” said David Miller, president and COO of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.
The re-design includes a stylish new bar and lounge, where guests can sip on new cocktail creations like the Magic Elixir and the You Met your Matcha. The drinks were developed by the beverage team, lead by award-winning bartender, Cris Dehlavi.
There’s also a new terrace, where you can take in the sites of the city and order some of the new menu, created by the culinary team and Executive Chef John Paul Iacobucci.
“In our travels throughout the United States and Europe, we noticed outstanding service that wasn’t stuffy and great food prepared quickly and that inspired us,” said Brian Hinshaw, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage and Executive Corporate Chef. “Our goal is to make fine dining more approachable and quicker with a fun twist on presentations. When the food hits the table, it will be a work of art.”
