Disney Animation: Immersive Experience Coming To Columbus This Winter

Ready to step into the magical world of Disney?

If you enjoyed the Immersive Van Gogh experience when it visited our city, you’re in for a real treat. Disney Animation: Immersive Experience will come to Columbus in late winter/early spring 2023.

The in-depth experience will take visitors inside some of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ great films, from early groundbreaking features to recent iconic hits.

You can get a first-hand look at the Casita from Encanto, have a front row seat to Simba’s presentation on Pride Rock, or even hop on a magic carpet ride with Aladdin and Jasmine.

The art of Walt Disney Animation Studios will be on full display, as well as music from your favorite Disney movies like Frozen, The Little Mermaid, and so much more.

Disney Animation: Immersive Experience will premiere in Toronto in December. The first stop here in the U.S. is in Cleveland in February.

“The collaboration with Lighthouse Immersive is a first for Disney Animation,” Clark Spencer, president, Walt Disney Animation Studios/two-time Academy Award®-winner (Encanto, Zootopia), told WKYC in Cleveland. “It’s a dream to bring the best of animated storytelling together with the top experts in the immersive art experience. We can’t wait for audiences around the world, of all ages, to experience the great moments from our legacy of feature films in this incredible way.”

Although specific dates have yet to be released for the Columbus show, tickets for the Cleveland experience will be on sale on October 10.

The experience here in Columbus will be held at 940 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240. You can sign up for more info by visiting disneyimmersive.com.
