The best part about going to the East Coast is eating delicious lobster rolls.
But who has the time to go to Maine? If you need a lobster roll fix but you’re not leaving the capital city, don’t worry. On April 27 from 4 p.m. to midnight, the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will make its debut at Pins Mechanical Co., 141 N. 4th St.
If the name sounds familiar, you may have seen them on Shark Tank back in 2012 (here’s their pitch, and an update on their business). Owned by cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, the duo has spent the last six years growing their idea into a multi-million dollar business with food trucks and shacks around the country.
The menu offers two different styles of lobster rolls: Maine (served chilled with a touch of mayo on a New England style roll) and Connecticut (served warmed with butter and lemon, New England style roll.)
They also serve delicious specialties like lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, shrimp tacos, and more. For more information about Cousins Maine Lobster, please visit their website here.
