Hocking Hills is full of beautiful and interesting things.
Some of those are gorgeous geological features. Others a quirky places you can hang your hat for the night after a long day of exploring. We’ve had the opportunity to check out a variety of different Hocking Hills accommodations, but I can honestly say, I’ve never seen anything quite like the Conestoga Wagon.
This one-of-a-kind stay probably looks more at home on the prairies of the 19th century, but right now, you’ll find it at the Hilltop Resort and Campground. The 18-foot covered wagon comfortably fits up to four guests, with a king size bed and twin bunks.
You won’t have it quite as rough as the pioneers of yesteryear, since the Conestoga Wagon is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. Hilltop Resort and Campground has close proximity to the region’s top destinations, including Lake Logan, Cedar Falls, Old Man’s Cave, Conkle’s Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, and more.
