This Retro, Decades-Old Bowling Alley Is For Sale

If you grew up anywhere near Hilliard, chances are you’ve spent some time at Ten Pin Alley. Whether it was a birthday party, a random Friday night hangout, or an epic cosmic bowling session, this local gem has been part of the community since 1961. And now, it’s for sale.

That’s right. The iconic bowling alley on Constitution Blvd. is officially listed for $6.85 million. At nearly 33,000 square feet, this place is massive, with 24 lanes, an arcade, laser tag, a restaurant, and event space, all in one building. And let’s not forget the classic retro vibes.

Over the years, Ten Pin Alley has managed to keep its classic charm while elevating the space with a major renovation back in 2018.

Right now, Ten Pin Alley is still operated by Bowlero, the largest bowling company in the world. But with the bowling alley now up for grabs, it’s a little unclear what the future holds for this slice of Columbus history.

While this is definitely a big-ticket item (that almost all of us would need to win the lottery to purchase), it’s still fun to think about the legacy of this place and wonder who’ll be next to take the reigns. So if you’ve ever dreamed of owning a piece of Columbus history, or just want to make sure the neon signs don’t disappear forever, you can view the listing for the bowling alley here.
