Calling all peony lovers and garden enthusiasts! The much-anticipated Peony Palooza is returning to Groovy Plants Ranch for its second year, and it’s shaping up to be even bigger and better than before. Mark your calendars for April 5th-7th and get ready to immerse yourself in a floral wonderland unlike any other.
This three-day extravaganza promises to be a peony paradise, offering over 2,000 gorgeous blooms in more than 70 mind-blowing varieties. From classic garden peonies to rare intersectional hybrids and magnificent tree peonies, these plants are ready to go straight into the ground.
But Peony Palooza isn’t just about enjoying the incredible vibes at Groovy Plants Rach (although let’s be honest, that’s reason enough to attend).
You’ll have the chance to take some of that floral magic home by selecting your very own peonies to plant in your garden. With varieties like the luscious ‘Honey Gold,’ vivid ‘Pink Parfait,’ and whimsically named ‘Scrumdiddlyumptious,’ you’re sure to find the perfect additions.
Speaking of delightful names, did you know peonies have a long, romantic history? The ancient Greeks associated them with healing, while in modern times, they’re considered a symbol of bashfulness, compassion, and a happy life. Bring some of that sunny peony energy into your own life!
As if the peonies themselves weren’t enticing enough, Groovy Plants Ranch is really pulling out all the stops. On Friday and Saturday, local favorites A Bushel and a Bean Coffee and Flutterby Bakery will be on-site serving up tasty treats and beverages. Then on Sunday, Sunny Sips will keep you hydrated with their refreshing drink creations.
Peonies only bloom for a short window in late spring, so don’t let this budding opportunity slip away.
The ranch will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day of the Palooza, giving you plenty of time to wander the peony patches and soak in all that botanical bliss. You can even pre-order some of the rarest varieties online now to ensure you get your favorites.
