This Charming Local Market Will Open In Upper Arlington Later This Year

Upper Arlington residents will soon have a new locally-owned market.

Littleton’s Market will open later this year at 2140 Tremont Center, once the market finishes renovations. The new grocery option will be taking over the space which formerly housed Huffman’s Market, a UA staple for over three decades.

Littleton’s Market aims to be so much more than a grocery store. The market will include a cafe, an event pavilion, and even a wine bar, and it’s all expected to open in December 2022, if construction goes according to plan.

The market will be operated by Rob Littleton, a Senior Manager of Data Science at CoverMyMeds, and former CoverMyMeds CEO Alan Scantland.

“I’ve spent my career focused on improving people’s health, and there are few things more important to well-being than the food we consume. I am extremely excited to bring Littleton’s Market to life,” Littleton said in a release. “In doing so, we will revive a tradition of community, family, and fun through great food in the heart of Upper Arlington.”

Littleton’s will be expanding to add more space to the market. When renovations are finished, the market will be a 15,000 square foot destination offering meat, seafood, produce, grocery provisions, wine, and beer.
