Dance your cares away, Columbus.
Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock LIVE is heading to the Palace Theatre this fall, bringing the beloved Fraggles to the stage for the franchise’s first-ever live touring production.
The show will take place Friday, October 2 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets start at $29.50 and go on sale today, Friday, May 29 through CAPA.
Based on the Emmy-winning Apple TV+ series Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, the live musical follows Gobo, Red, Mokey, Wembley, and Boober on a new adventure centered around the mysterious Celebration Stone, an ancient treasure said to unite Fraggle Rock.
Along the way, audiences can expect new puppet creatures, classic songs, giant Gorgs, Doozers, immersive stage effects, and plenty of the colorful chaos that made the original series a favorite for generations.
The production was built by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop and is written and directed by Tony nominee John Tartaglia, best known for Avenue Q and Shrek the Musical.

According to the show’s producers, the live adaptation combines fan-favorite music with new interactive elements designed to get audiences of all ages involved.
For parents who grew up with Fraggle Rock and kids discovering it for the first time through Apple TV+, the show is positioned squarely in that sweet spot of family nostalgia and live theater spectacle.
Tickets will be available through CAPA online, by phone, or at the CAPA Ticket Center downtown.
