Take A Look Inside The Columbus Apartments Featured On Love Is Blind

If you’ve been binge-watching Love Is Blind and wondered where the Columbus couples actually lived, wonder no more. The show’s official apartments this season were at Jaeger Square, a sleek, modern building where German Village, Schumacher Place, and Merion Village meet. Think rooftop views, stylish interiors, and more amenities than you can count — all just a few steps from some of the city’s best restaurants, shops, and bars.

Jaeger Square has 261 units ranging from cozy studios to sprawling three-bedroom apartments. Kitchens are polished and modern, with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Many units have private terraces and custom walk-in closets, and if you’re lucky enough to snag a penthouse, the city skyline is basically your living room view.

Joel Pizzuti, president and CEO of The Pizzuti Companies, says the building’s design made it a natural fit for Netflix. “Our architecture and resident-focused amenities serve as a great backdrop for filming, which will attract new residents to this historically beloved neighborhood,” he says. Translation: it looks amazing on screen and in real life.

The Amenities Are Next-Level

Jaeger Square isn’t just about the apartments. There’s a rooftop solarium for morning coffee or evening sunsets, meditation gardens, landscaped terraces, and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Inside, you’ll find a fitness center with a yoga studio, co-working offices, an artist studio, and a clubroom. There’s even retail on the first floor, so you never have to wander far for a snack or coffee. Parking is easy, and key fob access keeps things secure.

Part of what makes Jaeger Square so appealing is where it sits. You’re right at the crossroads of some of Columbus’ most historic neighborhoods. That means cobblestone streets, cute cafes, local shops, and all the character of German Village without losing touch with city life. Netflix clearly thought so too.
