Budd Dairy Food Hall Opens On Tuesday And It Looks Awesome

The highly anticipated Budd Dairy Food Hall will open on Tuesday, April 6.

The newest addition to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has faced delays due to COVID-19, but now the wait is over. Guests will be able to dine from nine diverse kitchens when Budd Dairy Food Hall opens on Tuesday.

Budd Dairy Food Hall is Columbus’ first-ever venue for restaurant incubation, culinary exploration and entertainment. The food hall, located in Italian Village, will give the city’s top up-and-coming chefs the opportunity to grow as entrepreneurs and to serve their community in a unique gathering space.

“We are so grateful for our raving fans who share our excitement for the new Budd Dairy Food Hall and who have been anxiously awaiting its opening,” said Jeremy Hughes, the general manager. “We look forward to welcoming guests soon, giving them a safe place to connect with others while enjoying tasty culinary creations from our talented group of chef partners.”

In order to keep guests as safe as possible, Budd Dairy Food Hall has an iWave Air Purification System that removes 99.4% of pathogens, allergens, and other particles including COVID-19 from the air. Social distancing will be observed and whenever guests aren’t seated, they’ll need to wear a mask.
