This Columbus Rooftop Bar Is Getting A Dreamy Secret Garden Makeover

One of downtown Columbus’ most popular rooftop bars is about to get a dramatic spring makeover.

Later this month, Brass Eye, the rooftop bar perched atop The Junto, will transform into “The Secret Garden,” a new immersive seasonal concept filled with florals, greenery, and garden-inspired cocktails.

The temporary experience officially opens May 20.

In announcing the concept on social media, Brass Eye described the transformation by saying, “The rooftop’s about to feel a little different. Dress in your garden party best because Brass Eye turns into The Secret Garden on May 20. Lush, layered, and just hidden enough to feel like you found it first.”

According to the bar’s website, guests can expect an “overgrown, ethereal escape” layered with winding ivy, soft florals, and butterflies drifting throughout the rooftop space.

“Lush, a little wild, and just hidden enough to feel like your own secret above the city,” the description reads.

The concept leans heavily into the rooftop’s existing strengths.

Brass Eye has quickly become one of the city’s go-to rooftop destinations since opening at The Junto, thanks to its skyline views overlooking the Scioto River, lounge-style seating, and rotating lineup of themed events and programming.

The bar regularly hosts DJ brunches, cocktail-focused evenings, and social events throughout the week, helping it build a strong following among both locals and hotel guests.

The Secret Garden concept will operate daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. beginning May 20.
