614 Day Is Coming And This Year It Includes An Awesome Food Truck Rally

Every June 14th for the past 5 years, the city of Columbus celebrates 614 Day by patronizing local restaurants and businesses, celebrating Columbus arts and culture, and spreading the love for the city across social media.

In 2019, 614 Day was recognized as an official holiday by Columbus City Council. This year, 614 Day is an opportunity for the Columbus community to Champion Local. That means local issues, local voices, local brands, local food, local arts, and local business.

In an effort to promote Columbus culture and businesses in a safe, virtual way, several organizations including the City of Columbus, Create Columbus Commission, Can’t Stop Columbus, iHeart Media, CYP Club, Experience Columbus, Short North Alliance, GCAC, Columbus Chamber of Commerce and more are joining together for 614 Day!

This year, the event is taking a new shape and form with three components. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., you can swing by the Food Truck Rally at MAPFRE Stadium. You’ll be required to pre-order your food and vendors include Chef Shack, Chicky Chicky Waffle, Cupzilla, Funnel Cake Station, Kenny’s Meat Wagon, KINETIC, Latin Flair, Niko’s Street Eats, Tortilla, Wicked Lobstah, Yumii Kettle Corn, and more.
