You can find Scooter Pals ready and waiting near the rides in Adventure Cove. They’re programmed to keep you safe and sound, so they’ll only work within Adventure Cove, around Conservation Lake, and in the Asia Quest loop. Try to venture beyond those zones, and your furry ride will gently remind you to stay within bounds by slowing to a stop.
What You Need to Know Before You Go
Age & Height: You need to be 16 or older to rent and drive, and all riders must be over 36 inches tall.
Weight Limit: The combined weight of all riders shouldn’t exceed 440 pounds.
Rental Details: Rentals are first come, first serve, so hustle on over to get your ride! Note that Scooter Pals aren’t a substitute for mobility devices, and they aren’t covered by Gold Memberships, VIP passes, or ZooMore wristbands.
Payment: It’s all about the plastic – no cash accepted. A $30 pre-authorization charge will be held on your credit card.
