A brand new addition to the Columbus skyline will open this fall.
The Hilton Columbus Downtown is expanding with a second tower connecting both facilities across High Street to form Ohio’s first 1,000-room hotel.
From the sprawling lobby to the 15,000 square foot ballroom, the new hotel tower is shaping up to be one of the most spectacular in Columbus. In addition to two major ballrooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and more, the hotel will also boast a green roof where the hotel hopes to grow its own vegetables and other plants.
The real highlight of the tower will be the rooftop bar, Stories on High. The bar will rest on the 28th floor with sweeping, panoramic views of the city.
The amenities of the hotel won’t just be a boon to visitors staying close to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The restaurants and bars within the tower will also become staples of the neighborhood.
