Metro Parks is hosting an adult Easter Egg hunt and yes, there will be booze.
Hunting for Easter Eggs isn’t just for the kids. Metro Parks will host a 21+ adult egg hunt during Easter Weekend. The event includes an egg hunt, snacks, and two drink tokens that attendees can use for beer, wine, or soda.
Just to make the egg hunt slightly more challenging, the event will kick off at 8:15 p.m., just after sunset. While drinks and snacks are included in your admission, you’ll need to bring your own bag for egg collection.
So where is it all going down? The egg hunt will take place at Blacklick Woods Metro Golf Course, located at 7309 E Livingston Ave, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
On Friday, April 7, doors will open at 7:30 p.m. That means you should have plenty of time to have at least one glass of wine before you start your search, which may not necessarily help you find more eggs, but it will probably make your hunt a little more lively.
Tickets are $10 per person and you must be 21 to purchase a ticket and attend the event. You can snag your tickets right here.
If you’ve never been to Blacklick Woods Metro Park, it’s a great time to change that. In addition to the Golf Course where the egg hunt will be held, the park offers plenty of recreational opportunities for visitors.
Blacklick Woods was the first Metro Park ever, opening back in 1948. There are a lot of awesome things to do at the park, which offers over 600 acres of woods, seasonal ponds, prairies, a golf course, and more.
