A Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia Adventure Is Headed To Columbus

Families with Gabby fans at home will have a new reason to visit Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens later this month.

On May 30 and 31, the Conservatory will join the national Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia Tour, a collaboration between DreamWorks Animation and KidsGardening designed to encourage outdoor imagination, gardening, and hands-on family fun.

The two-day event will transform the Conservatory into a Fairylandia-inspired experience filled with crafts, interactive activities, and a chance to meet Gabby herself.

The biggest draw for young visitors will likely be the special Meet ‘n’ Greet with the Gabby costume character, who will appear in her new Fairylandia-themed outfit. Registration for the Meet ‘n’ Greet is free, but guests will still need daily admission tickets to enter the Conservatory.

Along with the character experience, kids can create Fairylandia mini-terrariums, design Kitty Fairy flower crowns, and take home themed keepsakes, including temporary tattoos, watercolor sheets, buttons, and activity booklets.

The tour is part of a larger initiative focused on connecting children with gardening and nature through imaginative play.

“Gardening and imaginative play are powerful tools for helping young children build confidence, curiosity, and connection,” said KidsGardening Executive Director Em Shipman in a release announcing the event.

For families looking for an easy early-summer outing, the combination of flowers, crafts, and a popular Netflix character could make for one of the season’s more memorable kid-friendly events.

More information, registration details, and admission tickets are available through Franklin Park Conservatory.
