Fireworks season is here. Whether you’re looking for a massive downtown celebration, a hometown parade, or a small-town festival complete with funnel cakes and fireworks, Central Ohio has plenty of ways to celebrate Independence Day.

Multi-Day Celebrations

Bexley Independence Day Evening Event

    When: July 3-4
    Where: Capital University Lawn in Bexley
    About: Bexley’s Independence Day celebration will take place over two days. The fireworks will take place on July 3, followed by the Parade and 5k on July 4.

Gahanna Independence Day Celebration

    When: July 3-4
    Where: Gahanna Municipal Golf Course

Groveport Fourth of July Celebration

    When: July 3-4
    Where: Historic Groveport
    About: Groveport celebrates with its annual Red, White & Kids Parade, the community parade, and fireworks. The fireworks will take place on July 3, followed by the parade the next morning.

Fireworks at Buckeye Lake

    Where: Civic Park

Dublin Independence Day Celebration

    When: July 4
    Where: Downtown Dublin & Dublin Coffman High School
    About: Dublin’s all-day celebration includes the Sherm Sheldon Fishing Derby, the annual parade, live entertainment featuring The Wallflowers, and a spectacular fireworks display to close out the evening.
