Easton Rescheduled Its Free Movie Nights But They’re Worth the Wait

After getting rained out earlier this summer (thanks, Ohio weather), Easton is giving their Friday Night Flicks series another shot—and honestly, the reschedule might be even better.

Mark your calendars: free family movie nights are coming to the Town Square (just south of Brio) on Friday, July 25, Friday, August 8, and Friday, October 17. Each night kicks off with themed festivities starting at 6 p.m., and the movie begins at 7 p.m. Just bring a blanket or lawn chair, and get ready for a feel-good night under the stars.

Here’s what’s playing (and why you’ll want to show up early):

Friday, July 25 – Moana 2

Ride the wave into a night of island vibes. Before the movie starts, you can grab a cookie from Cheryl’s, cool off with Hawaiian Shaved Ice from Chill Joy, try your hand at hula hooping, and even get your hair braided by The Blowout Bar (styles vary in price). There’s also complimentary airbrush art to round out the fun.

Friday, August 8 – The LEGO Movie

Everything is awesome—including the pre-show entertainment. Take home a free LEGO-style caricature, snap a pic with Emmet himself, and grab some snacks from Cheryl’s Cookies or tacos from the Dos Hermanos Taco Cart. It’s like stepping right into the LEGO universe.

Friday, October 17 – Wicked

Easton’s keeping the details about the Wicked movie night quiet for now, but you can count on it being another crowd-pleaser with more fall-themed fun.

Whether you’re chasing the last days of summer or looking for a cozy October night out, Easton’s outdoor movie nights are bringing the vibes. Bonus: they’re totally free.
