The Uplift Her Wellness Experience is the Midwest’s largest women’s wellness event, bringing together thousands of women and families for a powerful day dedicated to health, healing, empowerment, and self-care. Taking place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM–7:00 PM at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Hall B, this free community event is designed to help women prioritize their health while enjoying an inspiring and uplifting experience. Attendees will have access to a wide range of free health screenings, including blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, kidney function, vision, hearing, STI testing, lung health, asthma screenings, blood donation opportunities, and more. Women will also connect with healthcare providers, wellness experts, community resources, and educational opportunities designed to support healthier lives. Beyond health screenings, Uplift Her offers something for every generation through dedicated Youth and Senior Pavilions, a vibrant Marketplace, Beauty & Spa Experiences, Professional Headshots, Career Resources, Authors Corner, Legal Services, wellness activations, giveaways, and interactive experiences throughout the day. The event will feature a special Fireside Chat with Honorary Chair Meagan Good and Kimberly Blackwell, along with inspiring stories from Health Heroes, scholarship recipients, community leaders, and advocates who are championing women's health and wellness.
