Dublin’s Bridge Street District is poised for another major expansion as Indus Hotels and The Daimler Group, Inc. announced plans for a new mixed-use project called Bridge North.
The development will rise on Riverside Drive between John Shields Parkway and Tuller Road, transforming a currently vacant six-acre site into a vibrant, walkable community.
Scheduled to break ground in 2026, Bridge North will feature a mix of residential, office, hotel, and retail components.
Plans include:
- A 150-key Tempo by Hilton lifestyle hotel, the first of its kind in Ohio
- 280 multi-family residential units across three buildings
- 75,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space
- 60,000 square feet of street-level retail space
- A parking garage with capacity for more than 610 cars, integrated with pedestrian bridge connectors

According to Paul Ghidotti, President of The Daimler Group, the project will build on the success of Bridge Park, the award-winning mixed-use district immediately to the south.
“In building from the amazing destination that Bridge Park is to Dublin, as well as its national recognition, the development will in many ways mirror that of our neighbors and appear as an extension of what has been so successful to date,” Ghidotti said.

The new Tempo by Hilton hotel will anchor the northern end of the district, creating what Indus Hotels CEO David Patel described as a strong counterpart to the AC Marriott at the southern end of Bridge Park.
“Locating a Tempo by Hilton branded hotel, the first of its kind in Ohio, at the north terminus of this district will provide a great bookend to that of the AC Marriot to the south,” Patel said.
Developers emphasized that Bridge North will prioritize placemaking with open green spaces, integrated pedestrian pathways, and thoughtfully designed architecture.
Bob White Jr., CEO of The Daimler Group, noted, “Bridge North will be a vibrant, connective and walkable community – a fantastic complement to the successful Bridge Park area.”
Indus Hotels originally secured the site in 2022 and navigated early concept planning with the City of Dublin before partnering with The Daimler Group to bring the project to life. Construction is expected to roll out in phases, with the first buildings opening for occupancy in 2028.
