What: It’s Opening Match Day for the Crew SC. Our hometown team kicks off their quest for an MLS Cup against the Chicago Fire.

Immature Science Fair

What: Get ready for the second annual Immature Amateur Science Fair! Fun for all ages, there will be two divisions for competitors. Under 21 and Over 21 with a  $100 prize.

Shamrock Stumble Bar Crawl

What: Is it ever too early to get your Irish pride on? The Shamrock Stumble is 21 and up and will hit 8 different bars. The cost is $20.

Empowerment Conference

What: CAIR-Ohio presents the Empowerment Conference. The purpose of the conference is to learn practical tools to fight back against Islamophobia and learn about the recent Executive Orders and other issues affecting Muslims and immigrants.

What: Relax with your friends while enjoying a Sci-Fi movie marathon. Four films, Event Horizon (1997) in 35mm, Running Man (1987) in 35mm, Damnation Alley (1977) and Timecrimes (2007), will be airing all night long.

Women’s Self-Defense Class (Fleet Feet):

What: For women 13 and up, Fleet Feet is offering a class for MIT women and will teach verbal and physical strategies to help women deal with threatening situations while hiking, walking or running.

John Dickinson – Small Long Spaces

What: John Dickinson’s solo art exhibition, entitled Small Long Spaces, opens this weekend. Dickinson is an artist and Assistant Professor at Wright State University in Dayton, where he teaches Sculpture.
