People Wait All Year For This Peach Truck To Visit Central Ohio

A truck full of fresh and flavorful peaches will be making its way around Central Ohio on Friday, June 2 and Saturday, June 3.

The Peach Truck is the workings of Stephen Rose, a man from Georgia with a passion for peaches, and his wife Jessica. Stephen had moved to Nashville and discovered that the city was seriously missing out in the produce department. The fuzzy pink and yellow fruits in the grocery stores and markets were imposters of the fruit he loved. Stephen decided to take action.

In 2012, the couple began selling juicy Georgia peaches in brown paper bags out of the back of an old truck. The Peach Truck just sold its produce around the city of Nashville in the beginning. But since then the business has blossomed into a tour that encompasses multiple states including all of Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

The truck is making a dozen stops in and around Columbus as it passes through. Find the location closest to you so you can pick up a 25-pound-box of peaches for only $40.
