Papa Roach To Headline Sonic Temple Festival

Due to the recent death of Prodigy lead singer Keith Flint, Sonic Temple has updated the lineup.

The music festival, which takes place at Mapfre Stadium on May 17-19, released a statement about the change to the line-up. Papa Roach will take the Saturday night headline slot, joining Foo Fighters and System of a Down as the top-billed performers of the weekend.

The music community was dealt another incredible loss on March 4th with the untimely passing of The Prodigy’s Keith Flint.

As part of the group’s first North American tour in a decade, they were scheduled to play our inaugural year and we are devastated they will no longer be able to perform.

Papa Roach will now be performing at Sonic Temple Festival. “We’re honored to step in for our brothers in The Prodigy at Sonic Temple on Saturday night,” says Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix.

“They are such an influential band for us. We’re gonna celebrate, it’s gonna be a great night. We love you guys and we CAN’T WAIT to see you out there.”

Tickets for Sonic Temple are on sale now. You can buy yours here.
