I once had a teacher who told me that my best and worst quality was procrastination.
It was my worst habit for obvious reasons, but it was my best because when I got down to the wire, I tended to be more creative.
I tend to procrastinate, for better or worse, in most areas of my life, and holiday shopping is no exception. If you’re still trying to finish up your holiday shopping, then you’re going to appreciate this Columbus Pro Tip.
This weekend and next weekend, you can head to the Short North Arts District for their “Wrap It Up Saturdaze” event.
Stroll through the shops along N High Street and get put a dent in that holiday shopping. There are presents to be found for all of your friends and family, from art and accessories to clothing, home decor, and so much more.
But it’s not just all shopping. There are holiday performers on the street, and even complimentary gift wrapping.
When you’ve crossed the last name of your nice list, head to Holiday Headquarters where you’ll find Santa Claus, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the gift wrapping station, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
There will also be an opportunity to donate new or gently used jewelry to Dress For Success Columbus, an organization that empowers women in the workplace.
Wrap It Up Saturdaze will take place December 16 and December 23. For more information, please click here.
