#SaveTheCrew Rally Will Be Held At Noon Sunday In Front Of City Hall

Columbus Crew supporters will be gathering at City Hall on Sunday at noon, to rally, make phone calls, write letters, and organize.

Chances of keeping the Crew in Columbus seem slim right now, but one of the only potential ways to change the course of upcoming events would be a large outpouring of fan support and anger at a potential move.

Fans of other clubs have been supportive, and articles decrying the situation have been pouring in. A sampling:

Sports Illustrated: “Crew’s Fabric is Interwoven With Columbus; If Precourt Can’t See That, He Should Sell, Not Move”

Dirty South Soccer: Moving the Columbus Crew is a betrayal, not just business

Sounder at Heart: Don’t do to Columbus what the NBA did to Seattle

If you’re hesitant about the parking situation around City Hall, a local Liverpool supporter’s group will be parking around Local Cantina in the Brewery District and riding the CBUS to the rally. The bus picks up a block from Local Cantina and drops off a block from City Hall, and is free.
