The wait is almost over.
Saucy Brew Works will finally be open this April in Harrison West. Located at 443 W. 3rd Ave, aka the old Caffe Apropos, the brewpub will have around 3,000 square feet on the ground floor of the building, as well as another 1,100 square foot space that is under construction.
The brewpub aims to have 16-24 taps, most of which will be Saucy original beers, supplemented by local guest brews.

Saucy Brew Works opened in Cleveland in July 2017 and they first began selling beer here in Columbus in 2018. The brewpub will also serve food, including New Haven-style pizza, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.

In addition to all of the brewpub goodies, Saucy Coffee will also be up for grabs. The craft coffeehouse will include a single-origin house roast, pour overs, and espresso. There’s also a menu completely inspired by Saucy beers, like What’s His Nuts, a vanilla stout with peanut butter and coffee, and Modern Crimes, a toasted coconut porter.

The Columbus craft beer scene has always been brimming, and it’s due, in part, to the welcoming environment created by the Columbus community.
“Saucy was born and raised in Ohio, something we’re extremely proud of. When we launched distribution in Columbus almost two years ago, we were met with warm, welcoming and open arms,” said Eric Anderson, Director of Brewing Operations and Co-owner. “We knew right away we wanted to put a brick and mortar in a Columbus neighborhood like we did in Cleveland.”
