We’ve got another ramen restaurant to add to the growing list here in Columbus.
I’m a pretty big fan of ramen, so anytime I hear that a new spot is opening up, I can’t help but get excited. Satori Ramen Bar made their debut at North Market on Sunday, but it certainly wasn’t easy.
Opening a restaurant isn’t exactly known for being a leisurely task, but Satori had a pretty big blow on opening day. A power outage at the North Market meant that the ramen bar couldn’t open until noon and that they had to do so with a limited menu.
The usual menu at Satori includes small plates, rice bowls, and ramen, including a kids size! From veggie options to spicy ones, there are a lot of flavors to choose from.
If you got there after they had already sold out today, don’t be too sad. Luckily for all of us, they aren’t going anywhere soon. And if you didn’t get down there at all this weekend, I’m happy to say that it looks incredible. But you don’t have to take my word for it! Take a look for yourself!
