Red Rabbit Ramen Is Headed To Budd Dairy Food Hall

The rotating kitchen at Budd Dairy Food Hall is getting a new chef partner.

Red Rabbit Ramen, best known for its incredible ghost kitchen, will be featured in the space from October 25 through November 21. The menu at Red Rabbit Ramen incorporates crafted from scratch noodles.

Owned by Mike and Terry Ramsey, Red Rabbit Ramen was born from the Ramsey’s love of ramen, which they discovered in New York City in 2014. From their small Brooklyn apartment to cities like Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, and more, the couple’s love of ramen grew throughout the years.

Red Rabbit Ramen closed their ghost kitchen back in August, so if you’re craving this customizable ramen, you’ll need to swing by Budd Dairy Food Hall once they’re open on October 25.

Although they haven’t announced official plans for once the partnership is over at Budd Dairy Food Hall, Red Rabbit Ramen has said that they hope to open a brick-and-mortar spot sometime in 2022.
