Ranchero Kitchen Is Your Go-To For Pupusas

Ranchero Kitchen has re-opened and will continue to offer their authentic Mexican and Salvadoran food.

Never heard of a pupusa? Pupusas are handmade corn tortillas filled with chicken or pork, cheese, beans, or other fillings. Ranchero Kitchen is one of the few places in Columbus you can find these puppies. Some other tasty looking dishes on the menu include:

  • Nachos: tortilla chips, cheese, beans, meat, tomato, sour cream, guacamole — all the classic nacho fixings
  • Tamales: tasty, corn-based dough stuffed with meat.
  • More: soups, tacos, and quesadillas to satisfy your appetite.

Breakfast is served all day, and there are plenty of other good lunch and dinner options. This place won’t break the bank, and you won’t have to spend more than $15 for an item. Ranchero Kitchen is located at 984 Morse Rd. It’s open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

If you’ve never been and are not yet convinced, these pictures should sway you (and give you some intense cravings).

I don’t know about you, but I’m suddenly craving some nachos.
