Preston’s Burger Joint Is Popping Over To Woodlands Backyard

Burger pop-up Preston’s: A Burger Joint has found new digs at Woodlands Backyard in Grandview.

The pop-up formerly known as Ambrose & Eve has been rebranded and will be leaving its former home at Three Sheets for a new address in Grandview Heights. They will close at Three Sheets on April 9 and re-open at Woodlands Backyard by the end of April.

The burger joint is known for their smash burgers made with locally sourced beef and finished with all of the essential toppings, including American cheese, lettuce, red onion, pickles, and their special sauce.

Co-owners Matt Heaggans and Catie Randazzo have big plans for the new location, with its accessibility for customers. They want Preston’s: A Burger Joint to stand up against the best burger restaurants in the country and to build a cult following akin to In-N-Out and Shake Shack.

The duo will also be transitioning Ambrose & Eve to a full-service restaurant, launching in the Brewery District this June.
