Phase 3 Of Library Park Development Will Include A 7,000 Square Foot Rooftop Patio And Private Gardens

Phase 3 of Library Park, a mixed-use development by The Pizzuti Companies is underway in the Discovery District.

This latest project from Pizzuti is a six-story building with 145 apartments, 7,000 square feet of rooftop space, 3,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space with outdoor dining, and structured parking. This new phase of the Library Park development will see an existing surface lot on S. Grant Ave near Capital University Law School completely transformed into a new mixed-use building.

The apartments will range from studios to two-bedroom options, all with quartz countertops, waterfall islands, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats, custom walk-in closets, and more.

A few of the units even include some gorgeous outdoor space like spacious balconies and private pocket gardens. That rooftop space I mentioned before? There’s an expansive outdoor courtyard that has a resort-style pool and a clubhouse that has a lounge, bar, and private dining spaces. There will also be green roofs scattered throughout the project.

Pizzuti’s announcement comes on the heels of the developer breaking ground on Library Park Phases I and II. Library Park is a micro-neighborhood consisting of six buildings, each holding its own distinct characteristics, from renovated historical apartment homes to spectacular new architecture.

The first phase of Library Park is already leasing and Phase 2 will be completed in October. Construction on this most recent phase will begin immediately and project completion is expected in October 2021.

The Pizzuti Companies and Capital University announced the formation of a joint venture to redevelop an existing surface parking lot located along South Grant Avenue, between Capital and Oak Streets, near Capital University Law School.
