Peace, Love, and Little Donuts Has The Psychedelic Donuts Of Your Dreams

Have you been craving the perfect sweet treat for breakfast? Donut worry, be happy because the sweetest little donut shop opened in Worthington on July 10.

Peace, Love, and Little Donuts is a chain of specialty donut shops based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These colorful, hippie inspired stores are popping up all over the place and we’ve finally got on in Central Ohio!

I walked into Peace, Love, and Little Donuts and a friendly face behind the counter asked me if I had ever been in before. When I told her it was my first time visiting, she gave me a free sample—a tasty sugar covered donut—and ample time to check out the menu and all of my options.
And, my friend, there are a ton!

Peace, Love, and Little Donuts has three different donut categories. Funkadelic, Far Out, and Groovy. Funkadelic donuts are super fancy and have both icing and a topping, Far Out donuts are covered with icing, and Groovy donuts are your basic donuts covered in sugars and glazes. They all looked too good to eat.

I opted for the Disco 1/2 Dozen box. It’s 2 Funkadelic, 2 Far Out, and 2 Groovy donuts for only $5.95. I chose Mocha, Honey Glazed, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, Raspberry Truffle, and Dirt.

I sat down and thoroughly enjoyed the Mocha donut first. It was warm, there was just the right amount of icing on top, and it seriously hit the spot. Despite the urge to devour the rest immediately, I decided to take the rest home since I was already two donuts in. I popped them in the fridge to keep them fresh—and let me tell you—these babies are just as delicious chilled as they are warm. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

You can find Peace, Love, and Little Donuts at 656 High Street right next to Graeter’s Ice Cream! Since they’re such close neighbors, who’s stopping you from getting both? Grab a couple of warm donuts, a scoop of ice cream, and you’ve got yourself a match made in heaven. You’re welcome.

Peace, Love, and Little Donuts is open Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Friday–Saturday: 7 a.m.–9 p.m., and Sunday: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
