OSU Is #1 For Division I Football Student Athletes, According To College Factual

The Ohio State University is no stranger to being #1. According to College Factual, it’s the best place in the country to play Division I football and get a stellar education.

College Factual writer David Klenda wrote,

“Ohio State’s Buckeyes are widely recognized as one of the best college football teams in the land. Over the years, they’ve won eight national championships and 37 conference titles.

Ohio State’s head coach Urban Meyer was a legend before he came to Ohio State after winning two BCS championships with Florida. He is the only college coach to have three win streaks of over 20 games. During the spring, he holds “Real Life Wednesdays” – events featuring CEOs, alumni, and leaders from the business community – for his players.

In addition to having a tremendous football team, Ohio State offers a great education to students at a reasonable price. The school has an average graduation rate of over 80% which puts it well above the U.S. average. Some of the most popular majors are psychology, communications, and finance.”

Joining OSU, the other schools that made the top of the list were Texas Christan University,
Duke University, The University of Notre Dame, University of Alabama, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Baylor University, Clemson University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Southern California.

Obviously, OSU Fans, Coaches, and Players were happy to share the good news.

Great job, Buckeyes! Is it September yet?
