Hope Remains

Head to Skully’s for a metalcore concert from Hope Remains. Their debut album was nominated for “Best Metal/Hardcore Album” at the 16th annual Independent Music Awards. The concert is 18+ but there is a $5 surcharge if you’re under 21+.

Startup Week Opening Kick Off Event

Topgolf | 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. | $40
Startup Week is celebrating it’s 5 year anniversary in Columbus and the celebration begins at Topgolf! Your ticket includes food, drinks, and 3 hours of golf.

September 11th Flag Memorial

Ohio Statehouse | 5 p.m. | Free
To honor the victims of the 9/11 tragedy there will be a memorial program on the steps of the Ohio Statehouse. September 9 is also National Day of Service. Following the short program, volunteers will place flags in the lawn for every victim.

Tuesday, September 10

Italian Village 10 For $10 Wine Tasting

Cosecha Cocina | 6p.m. to 9 p.m. | $10
10 wines for $10 at delicious Cosecha Cocina. The full food menu will be available as well as bottles from the tasting. Plan to arrive between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. to finish the tasting by 9 p.m. Weather permitting, the beautiful patio will be open.

Free Trip To Egypt Film Screening

Gateway Film Center | 1 p.m. | $5
Super Tuesday at the Gateway Film Center offers $5 shows all day with complimentary popcorn. The film is a feature-length documentary film following one man’s search for Americans concerned about an Islamic threat and offering them a free trip to Egypt.

Community Ride: Welcome To The Neighborhood

Franklinton Cycle Works is inviting the community on a Welcome To The Neighborhood ride around Franklinton. After the ride is an after-party at Land Grant Brewing.

Pink Sweat$ and PJ

A&R Music Bar | 7 p.m. | $18
Hip Hop artist Pink Sweat$ is coming to Columbus on part two of his Pink Beginnings tour with opening act PJ. All tickets are general admission, $16 in advance and $18 at the door.

Rooftop Summer Soiree

Tevor Noah is bringing the laughs to Columbus. Trevor Noah is the most successful comedian in Africa and is the host of the award-winning “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central where he’s known for his political comedy.
